Clinii is expanding our product and customer-facing team and hiring two Solution Engineers / Product Experts to support our continued growth.

This role is ideal for someone who understands healthcare operations, can quickly learn complex software workflows, and can explain technology in a clear, practical way. You will help lead product demonstrations, support sales conversations, assist with onboarding, and serve as a product expert for customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support product demonstrations for prospective customers
  • Understand customer workflows and explain how Clinii fits into their operations
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Implementation teams
  • Support onboarding and training for new customers
  • Translate customer needs into clear product and workflow recommendations
  • Help prepare demo environments, use cases, and customer-specific presentations
  • Provide product feedback to the internal team based on customer conversations
  • Become a subject matter expert on Clinii’s platform, including Clinii Web, CareLink, and Connect-AI

Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, care management, EHR workflows, or clinical operations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand complex workflows and explain them simply
  • Comfortable speaking with executives, operators, care managers, and clinical teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work from Clinii’s NYC office
  • Experience with CCM, PCM, value-based care, or EHR systems is a strong plus
