Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Marketing Manager to support and execute a wide range of marketing initiatives across content, digital marketing, events, customer advocacy, and campaign operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is a strong operator, comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously, and excited to contribute to a fast-growing healthcare technology company.

What You'll Own

Content & Social Media

  • Own and maintain the marketing content calendar across all channels
  • Coordinate creation, scheduling, and publishing of social media content
  • Assist with content development including blogs, email copy, webinar promotion, case studies, and sales collateral

Email Marketing & HubSpot

  • Build, test, launch, and optimize email campaigns within HubSpot
  • Create and manage email nurture programs, workflows, lists, forms, and landing pages
  • Support webinar registration, follow-up campaigns, and lifecycle marketing initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting insights

Brand Presence & Digital Marketing

  • Manage and audit company profiles across review platforms, directories, etc.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve online visibility, reviews, and brand credibility
  • Support paid and organic marketing initiatives as needed
  • Assist with website updates and marketing asset management

Events & Webinar Programs

  • Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences and webinars
  • Coordinate logistics, promotional campaigns, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up
  • Manage event assets, timelines, vendor relationships, and internal coordination

Creative & Marketing Operations

  • Support design needs using Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints

Required Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, demand generation, or related roles
  • Experience managing social media programs and editorial calendars
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform
  • Experience building email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and marketing workflows
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or another regulated industry
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS marketing programs
  • Experience managing webinars, conferences, and field marketing programs
  • Basic design skills with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn advertising, Google Ads, or paid social campaigns
  • Experience working with AI tools for content creation and campaign execution
