Our powerful lens taps into hives of activity that are connected by common interests and passions to provide a deeper understanding of what drives consumers to help brands make smarter decisions.

We're looking for a highly analytical and curious Social Intelligence Analyst to join our Insights team. In this role, you will investigate online conversations, identify coordinated influence campaigns & emerging narratives, and transform complex social media data into clear, actionable insights for global clients.

A significant part of the role involves creating high-quality executive reports, marketing intelligence briefs, and client-facing analyses that communicate findings in a compelling and accessible way. You'll work closely with Marketing and Go-To-Market teams, and present insights to clients.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with excellent writing and presentation skills, enjoys telling stories through data, and is comfortable engaging directly with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Research & Insights

  • Create high-quality marketing intelligence reports and executive briefs for partners, media, and marketing initiatives.
  • Transform complex social media data into compelling, story-driven insights that clearly communicate findings and business impact.
  • Identify emerging trends and online risks across social media.

Go-To-Market Support:

  • Create client-facing reports that translate platform insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to support customer engagements throughout the lifecycle.
  • Participate in client meetings, presenting findings, and acting as a trusted subject matter expert.
  • Conduct customized investigations and analyses based on client needs and business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify meaningful patterns, trends, and insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to transform complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Experience writing executive reports, research papers, or analytical content.
  • Experience with OSINT/WEBINT research methodologies – Advantage.
  • Experience analyzing social media, digital trends, or online conversations – Advantage.
