Field Marketing Manager – New York

Location: New York City area preferred; Northern New Jersey or Philadelphia also considered, provided you're within reasonable reach of Miggo's New York office — our East Coast logistical hub · Reports to: Marketing Team · Base Salary Range: $115,000–$135,000/yr (required disclosure under NY pay transparency law; actual offer depends on experience)

Miggo is redefining how organizations protect modern applications. Backed by leading cybersecurity investors and recognized by Gartner® as a Cool Vendor in AI Security, we're building the world's first Application Detection & Response (ADR) platform to help organizations identify exploitable vulnerabilities, stop active attacks, and close the patch gap. Our customers include some of the world's most innovative enterprises, and we're partnering with industry leaders across cloud, security, and observability ecosystems to transform application security. At Miggo, we live by four core principles: make it customer-focused, make it happen, make it better, make it together.

The Role

We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to own Miggo's field marketing presence across North America, with a strong focus on the New York metro area — our most strategic market. This is a fully hands-on, builder role: you'll operate every event end to end for the conferences, executive events, dinners, and regional programs that put Miggo in front of the right security buyers. You'll work in lockstep with Sales to turn those programs into real pipeline. We're looking for someone with drive: high motivation, comfort operating boldly and independently, and the instinct to just make things happen. Someone who knows the cybersecurity landscape and the conference circuit and how security buyers actually engage; deep AppSec expertise is a plus, not a requirement.

What You'll Do

  • Operate Miggo's field marketing strategy across North America, with priority focus on the New York metro market.
  • Operate every event end to end — creative concept, planning, venue and vendor selection, budget, logistics, and on-site execution — for conferences, trade shows, roundtables, executive dinners, and regional meetups.
  • Partner closely with Sales to align field programs with target accounts, verticals, and territories, and to maximize pipeline impact.
  • Represent Miggo on-site at industry events, owning brand presence and the on-the-ground experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Alliances, and Product Marketing to build integrated campaigns around key events and moments.
  • Take part on tracking and reporting on field marketing performance — pipeline generated, meetings booked, cost per opportunity — and use it to sharpen future investment.
  • Take part on the regional event calendar and on making the call on where to invest based on market dynamics and sales priorities.
  • Work closely with the team out of Miggo's New York office, which serves as the logistical hub for East Coast field activity.

What You Have

  • A few years of hands-on field marketing or event marketing experience in B2B tech or SaaS; cybersecurity experience strongly preferred.
  • A track record of planning and executing conferences, trade shows, and executive events — creative concept through on-site logistics.
  • High motivation and an operator's mindset: you take ownership, move fast, and aren't afraid to make bold calls to get an event done right.
  • Strong understanding of how field marketing drives pipeline, with experience partnering closely with Sales.
  • Excellent organizational and vendor-management skills; able to run multiple events in parallel without dropping details.
  • Based in or near the New York metro area — NYC preferred, with Northern New Jersey or Philadelphia also workable given reasonable proximity to our New York office.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment: hands-on, self-driven, and able to move without a lot of hand-holding.

Why Miggo

  • High-visibility role working closely with Sales, Marketing leadership, and the broader GTM team.
  • Backing from top-tier cybersecurity investors.
  • Competitive compensation, reflecting the New York market.
