About The Squadron

The Squadron USA is a premier center of excellence transforming traditional management training into high-impact, real-time experiences. Leveraging elite F-35 flight simulators and methodologies inspired by global air forces, we deliver immersive workshops that develop leadership, communication, and performance under pressure. Participants gain powerful tools and concrete insights through experiential learning, mission planning, and the pilot’s debriefing process—applying fighter pilot principles to today’s business challenges.

About The Role:

We’re looking for a Part-Time Flight Instructor who thrives in front of a room, reads people well, and knows how to create a positive, engaging learning environment. In this role, you’ll lead briefings and debriefings for private clients and corporate teams, guiding them through experiences designed to improve communication, decision-making, and resilience.

Aviation experience is a plus, but what matters most is your ability to connect with people, communicate clearly, and create moments of insight (with patience and a sense of humor).

Weekend availability is a must, as many of our programs run on Saturdays and Sundays.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead pre-flight briefs and post-flight debriefs for individuals and teams
  • Facilitate discussions around performance, improvement, and mindset
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and operational duties
  • Help keep the space tidy and professional (including light clean-up duties)
  • Assist with hospitality and catering setup to ensure a premium guest experience
  • Coach guests through F-35 simulation experiences (no prior sim experience needed — we’ll train you)
  • Represent The Squadron’s high standards of professionalism, energy, and hospitality

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong public speaking skills and presence
  • Availability on weekends
  • Ability to read people, listen actively, and adapt on the fly
  • A proactive, team-player mindset
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping others improve
  • Experience working with teams, clients, or audiences in a leadership, teaching, or coaching capacity
  • Aviation or military background is a bonus, but not required

Why Join The Squadron:

  • Work with a passionate, one-of-a-kind team
  • Unique, inspiring environment rooted in aviation excellence
  • Flexible part-time hours — perfect for those with other commitments
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives through world-class tools and experiences
